The Milk Box is part of the Box Corporate Group, the business behind The Fruit Box. The Box Corporate group started delivering fruit boxes to offices in 2001 under ‘The Fruit Box’ brand. Like all good ideas, the concept was an immediate hit amongst businesses and soon expanded nationally into all major cities.
The Milk Box was launched in 2009 to fill a similar niche in the corporate market. We identified an opportunity to provide a higher level of service to offices, who were being poorly serviced by traditional milk vendors. The Milk Box provides a delivery service direct to the office kitchen which has been welcomed by our customers. Since its launch The Milk Box has enjoyed a rapid growth period thanks to our long list of highly satisfied customers. Today we have warehouse operations in every major city and conduct over 13,000 deliveries per week to offices around Australia.
Our business has been built around clever buying, excellent quality control standards, and smart systems and technology. However, the most important ingredient to our success is our determination to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied.
