Office Coffee

The Coffee Box is a specialist division of the Box Corporate Group providing coffee machines and coffee beans to the office market.

We cater for all office sizes, providing simple to use pod machines to fully automatic machines designed for high consumption levels. In addition, we offer a range of our own custom roasted coffee beans for the perfect cup.

Automatic Coffee Machines

We have a range of automatic machines to suit all office sizes and usage patterns, including the Nuova Simonelli automatic machine and the HGZ s300 super automatic machine. They are characterized by commercial quality construction and outstanding performance.

We offer an extensive preventative maintenance program to ensure the machines work better and longer and detailed training covering all aspects of operation, cleaning and trouble shooting.

We offer a number of rental plans across our range of machinery and incorporate a service/preventative maintenance program for all machines.

Pod Machines

The Spinal Esse Magnum coffee pod machine is simple to use, clean and maintain and makes great coffee. It is perfect for smaller offices with limited space but will comfortably handle large volumes of coffee. Available on a rental basis or outright purchase.

Our coffee pods are locally roasted and packed to guarantee the freshness not available from imported pods and capsules.

Our Beans

Our Espressohead range uses high grade Estate grown Arabica beans rich in body and sweetness. The beans are roasted locally to exacting standards. Each blend is profiled to ensure consistency and delivered in time to guarantee the coffee is at its peak. We offer a range of blends including Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee and Fair Trade coffee to those companies embracing corporate social responsibility.

In addition to our premium house brand coffee, we offer a selection of other beans including Di Bella, Di Lorenzo, Genovese, Jasper, Lavazza, Toby’s Estate, and Vittoria. Please note that product availability will vary by market.
